All of our products are handmade in small batches with care. Please allow us a little time to prepare and package your order with intention.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During product launches or high-volume times, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates

We ship via USPS within the U.S.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95

• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Warm Weather Shipping

We take extra care during warmer months to protect heat-sensitive items like body butters and candles. Be sure to bring your package inside promptly upon delivery to prevent melting.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is with USPS, delivery times are out of our hands. If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please first check with your local post office. Still need help? We’re happy to assist.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, botanical products, all sales are final.

That said, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@rootnsol.com within 7 days so we can make it right.
